Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Development Centre Coach to join our team. As a Development Centre Coach, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality coaching sessions to young players, focusing on developing their football skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver engaging coaching sessions for young players, focusing on technical, tactical, and physical development.
  • Develop and implement coaching plans that align with the foundation's goals and objectives.
  • Work closely with other coaches and staff to ensure a cohesive and effective coaching program.
  • Provide feedback and guidance to young players to help them improve their skills and knowledge.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Extensive experience in coaching youth football, preferably with a professional football club or organization.Strong knowledge of football techniques, tactics, and strategies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
