An exciting opportunity exists within the Shared Services Partnership for a Personal Assistant to the Team Manager. This role is pivotal in delivering comprehensive administrative support to enhance the efficiency of Team Managers.
If you are a detail-oriented and seasoned administrative professional with a passion for fostering positive outcomes, your expertise will be highly valued in our organization.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide essential administrative assistance that empowers frontline teams in their mission to support and safeguard individuals. This involves collaborating closely with Team Managers to streamline administrative processes, thereby allowing them to focus on their core responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organizing and managing Team Manager schedules
- Facilitating communication with clients and stakeholders
- Proactively coordinating meetings and events
- Handling financial transactions and logistics
- Maintaining accurate client records and documentation
- Onboarding new team members
- Utilizing spreadsheets for tracking and reporting caseload data
- Extracting and analyzing information from various sources
The ideal candidate will demonstrate confidence and initiative, possessing exceptional organizational, IT, and communication skills. Furthermore, strong analytical abilities, self-motivation, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively are essential for success in this role.
