Job Summary:

Anderson Scott Solutions Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Business Central Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their needs and concerns, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Maintain Strong Customer Relationships: Foster long-lasting relationships with existing customers, understanding their business needs and goals.
  • Respond to Customer Enquiries: Promptly address customer concerns and enquiries, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Customer Reviews and Strategy: Arrange regular customer reviews to advise on the most effective approach to achieve their goals, challenges, and expectations.
  • Upselling and Cross-Selling Opportunities: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services, expansion, and other contract opportunities.
  • Contract Negotiations and Renewals: Manage contract negotiations and renewals with existing customers, ensuring contracts are up to date and accurate.

Requirements:

  • Microsoft Dynamics Business Central Experience: 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Commercially Minded: Commercially minded with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Time Management and Problem-Solving Skills: Time management skills necessary to handle a number of customers, with the ability to prioritize and resolve problems.
  • IT Skills: Solid IT skills, including proficiency with common software applications.
