As a key member of the sales team, the successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing customers, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently.
- Opportunity Identification: Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services, expansion, and other contract opportunities.
- Contract Management: Manage contract negotiations and renewals with existing customers, ensuring contracts are up to date and accurate.
- Communication and Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service, ensuring customers have realistic expectations and are clear on what can be delivered and when.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Commercially minded with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Time management skills necessary to handle a number of customers.
- Ability to prioritize and resolve problems.
- Solid IT skills, including proficiency with common software applications.
