D365 Business Central Solutions Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Central Developer to join our development team at the BCN Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and delivering high-quality software solutions to meet the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop software solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and NAV.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects.
- Participate in the development of Business Central platforms and enhance Dynamics NAV.
- Ensure full understanding of project requirements, deadlines, and priorities.
- Build, test, deliver, and document solutions while maintaining the integrity of customer platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design methodologies, coding patterns, and best practices.
- Produce software source code to specifications, adhering to coding standards.
- Advocate for technology and coordinate the delivery of solutions that support the BCN Group's 'Microsoft First/Cloud First' philosophy.
- Share knowledge and contribute to delivery best practices.
- Assist the fulfillment teams with necessary controls for successful delivery.
- Occasionally visit customer sites to provide support and training.
- Point of escalation for Support.
- Strong knowledge and experience of Microsoft D365 Business Central/NAV.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics technologies and O365.
- Operational industry experience, with knowledge of supply chain, manufacturing, and warehousing and service management.
- Ability to delegate and contribute to the direction of multiple projects.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work closely with all personnel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create and maintain delivery documents as per company processes and standards.
- Good attention to detail and quality of work.
- Good team skills.
