Job Title: Fire Compliance Manager

**Job Summary:**

MyFM - Flexible Management Services is seeking a highly skilled Fire Compliance Manager to join our team. As a Fire Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our client's fire safety policies and procedures are implemented and maintained across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor the implementation of fire safety policies and procedures across multiple sites.
  • Conduct regular fire risk assessments and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and implement fire safety training programs for staff.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure fire safety compliance.
  • Investigate and report on fire incidents and near misses.
  • Develop and maintain fire safety documentation and records.
  • Provide expert advice on fire safety matters to internal stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant fire safety legislation and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Substantial experience in fire safety management.
  • Strong knowledge of fire safety legislation and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Fire Safety or equivalent.
  • IOSH or NEBOSH H&S accreditation.
  • Experience in a similar role or industry.
