Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD is seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team as a Fitout Specialist. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercial manager with experience in fitout projects to take on a senior role and lead a team of surveyors and buyers.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee a team of 10 surveyors and buyers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
- Manage fitout projects from £100k to £10M+, across various sectors including leisure, hospitality, retail, office space, student accommodation, and commercial.
- Provide contractual advice to junior team members and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the Commercial Director to develop and implement commercial strategies.
- Contribute to the development of the company's commercial team, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance performance.
- Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager in the fitout industry.
- Strong knowledge of contractual law and procedures.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results.
