Magnus James Ltd., a distinguished Tier 1 Main Contractor renowned for its infrastructure undertakings, is on the lookout for a proficient Senior Quantity Surveyor to enhance their team. This role is primarily based in the Oldham office, complemented by a flexible remote working arrangement and occasional site visits across the North-West region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Lead QS, particularly in infrastructure projects, with a strong emphasis on highways.
  • Background in working with a reputable construction main contractor.
  • A degree in a construction-related discipline is preferred.
  • Comprehensive understanding of NEC contracts is essential.
  • Capable of executing all Quantity Surveying responsibilities independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, a team-oriented mindset, and a desire to contribute to the company’s success.

This role necessitates eligibility to work in the UK and possession of a valid UK driving license.
