About the Role:

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for the development of a small team and overseeing work for a large housing association in the North West. This will include reactive maintenance, voids, planned works and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Subcontractor Management: Manage subcontractors from procurement through to settlement of accounts
  • Cost Value Reporting: Prepare monthly cost value reports
  • Change Order Management: Manage change orders and variation accounts
  • External Valuations: Conduct external valuations
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks
  • Team Mentorship: Mentor other surveyors within the team
