Job Summary:

NHS Resolution is seeking a highly skilled Claims Management Manager to join our team. As a Claims Management Manager, you will be responsible for proactively managing claims from commencement to conclusion, ensuring that they are resolved fairly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of complex and non-complex claims, conducting investigations, quantification, and negotiations to conclusion.
  • Develop and maintain constructive relationships with external organizations and stakeholders.
  • Engender trust and confidence with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with current law and relevant statutes in the insurance, clinical, or non-clinical claims negligence area.
  • Draft documents and complex correspondence in a concise and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Technical knowledge and experience of claims management in clinical negligence or non-clinical settings.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage conflicting priorities.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
