Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of complex and non-complex claims, conducting investigations, quantification, and negotiations to conclusion.
- Develop and maintain constructive relationships with external organizations and stakeholders.
- Engender trust and confidence with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with current law and relevant statutes in the insurance, clinical, or non-clinical claims negligence area.
- Draft documents and complex correspondence in a concise and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Technical knowledge and experience of claims management in clinical negligence or non-clinical settings.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage conflicting priorities.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
