Key Responsibilities:- Investigate and report on claims, ensuring thorough and efficient handling
- Provide expert advice to policyholders, ensuring claims are handled within specified timeframes
- Manage client relationships, ensuring excellent customer service
- Collaborate with colleagues from various business areas to ensure a thorough and efficient claims process
- Experience across Employers', Public and Product Liability claims, including third-party Property Damage
- Strong technical background within the adjusting or handling arena
- Knowledge of the insurance market and experience in writing investigation reports
- Proficiency in using scoping software and handheld devices
- Excellent negotiation skills and a customer-first approach
