Key Responsibilities:
* Provide assessment and management for a wide range of communication and swallowing disorders
* Work with individuals, families, and carers to develop personalized plans and provide support
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
* Participate in clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
* Professional qualification in Speech and Language Therapy
* Registered with HCPC and RCSLT
* Evidence of extensive experience in communication and swallowing disorders
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proven leadership ability
