About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Speech and Language Therapist to join our community team in Bridgnorth. As a Specialist Speech and Language Therapist, you will work closely with patients, families, and carers to provide assessment, management, and support for individuals with communication and swallowing disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide specialist assessment and management for a wide range of communication and swallowing disorders in the community and hospital settings.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct regular clinical supervision and mentorship to support the development of junior staff.
  • Participate in audit and research activities to improve clinical practice and service delivery.
