Key Responsibilities of the Housekeeping Supervisor:

In the role of Housekeeping Supervisor, you will oversee the cleaning and maintenance of all assigned rooms according to company standards, taking overall responsibility for the housekeeping department. You will lead the team in the absence of the housekeeping manager, ensuring the department operates smoothly for all residents and guests. Responsibilities include assisting with inventory management and conducting inspections of cleaned rooms to ensure compliance with property standards. You will also be well-versed in the amenities offered to guests. Collaborating with the management team, you will help create a positive work environment for all staff members.

The ideal candidate will possess proven experience in a similar role, showcasing excellent attention to detail and time management abilities. You should be an enthusiastic individual with a strong commitment to customer service, enjoying the dynamics of working within a dedicated team that shares a common goal: to create memorable experiences for our guests.
