Job Title: Head of Global Wordings

AXA XL is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Global Wordings team. As Head of Global Wordings, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of wordings strategies across all three Business Units.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the Global Head of Litigation, Wordings and Employment Law to set the vision for Wordings at AXA XL and turn it into reality.
  • Develop and maintain a robust working relationship with other Legal functions providing wordings support to the business.
  • Take the lead role on significant wordings-related initiatives/projects, working effectively with other business functions.
  • Ensure the Wordings team embraces AI technology to improve efficiency and quality of service.
  • Coordinate central resources and management of demand, developing and adhering to Wordings' SLAs.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in wordings and legal, preferably with relevant experience in the insurance industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop direct reports.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to adapt to changing conditions and priorities, with a flexible and adaptable working style.
