Business Analyst - Data Migration

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team on a large Data Migration programme. As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with the Data team to design, implement, and deliver business process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Data team to identify business process improvements and develop technical requirements
  • Work with stakeholders to gather business requirements and develop functional specifications
  • Design and implement business process improvements using data migration techniques
  • Develop and maintain relationships with business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
  • Provide technical expertise to the project team to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements

  • Experience working in the Data arena and using SQL
  • Experience in project delivery or working in a project team as the sole BA
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate business problems into formal business requirements
  • Experience in an Agile environment and working with Architects and Developers to achieve required outcomes
  • Relevant accreditations in business analysis

What We Offer

We offer a hybrid working arrangement with 4 days in the office per week. This is a 2-year fixed-term contract.
