As a Brand Activation Coordinator for CPM, you will be an integral part of our dynamic Diageo on Trade team, where you will leverage your on-trade expertise to generate enthusiasm around exceptional beverage brands. Compensation includes a salary of £26,265 plus a potential bonus of up to £3,000 annually and a company vehicle.

Ideal Location: Manchester, United Kingdom, M1

Coverage Area: Manchester, Blackburn, Bolton, Oldham, Wigan, Crewe, Stockport, Warrington & nearby regions

A Full UK driving licence is mandatory.

Responsibilities of the Brand Activation Coordinator:
Our Brand Activation Coordinators will navigate urban centers, visiting on-trade establishments (pubs, bars, etc.) to promote Diageo brands such as Guinness, Smirnoff, Gordon's, Tanqueray, Captain Morgan, and others.

You will enhance awareness of these remarkable products through event planning, social media engagement, staff training, and the creation of customized cocktail offerings for venues.

Daily responsibilities include:

• Training staff on Diageo brands and industry-standard serving practices.

• Engaging on social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter to promote events and special offers at venues.

• Developing tailored offerings for establishments, such as weekly cocktails or event-specific menus.

• Ensuring prominent visibility of Diageo brands within each venue and encouraging staff to discuss our products with patrons.

• Hosting and conducting training sessions on consumer products and sampling events.

• Innovating new menus while proposing creative and alternative serving methods for Diageo brands.
