Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Activation Specialist to join our team at Jobs for Humanity. As an Activation Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting and activating our brands in the on-trade sector, working closely with our clients to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective brand activation strategies to drive sales and brand awareness in the on-trade sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure successful brand activation.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our brands, including their history, values, and key messaging.
  • Work closely with our marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and sales.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of brand activation efforts.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in brand activation, trade marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the on-trade sector and the key players.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong understanding of data analysis tools and software.
