Job Title: Activation Specialist B&SW 1

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Activation Specialist to join our Diageo On-Trade team. As an Activation Specialist, you will play a key role in raising awareness and driving sales of our iconic brands in the on-trade sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement activation plans to drive sales and brand awareness in the on-trade sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with on-trade customers, including pubs, bars, and restaurants.
  • Provide training and support to on-trade staff on our brands and products.
  • Create engaging content and promotional materials to drive sales and brand awareness.
  • Monitor and report on sales and brand performance in the on-trade sector.
What You'll Need:
  • Proven experience in the on-trade sector, with a strong understanding of the industry and its trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
