CEO Opportunity at ENT UK

We are thrilled to partner with the esteemed ENT UK to recruit their new Chief Executive Officer.

ENT UK is the leading professional membership body representing Ear, Nose and Throat Surgery, Head, Neck and Thyroid Surgery, in the United Kingdom.

As CEO, you will report directly to the Board and be responsible for the strategic leadership and general management of the organisation. This is an exciting time to join and support the delivery of their five-year strategy, progress the new trading arm, and demonstrate the impact of the ENT UK Foundation.

This varied role will also involve:

  • Strategic and operational leadership, ensuring ENT UK meets their strategic aims.
  • Ensuring the association is financially sound for the short, medium, and long term with clear financial policies and robust processes.
  • Trustee and Committee engagement.
  • Governance, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.
  • Budget Management.
  • Initiating discussions on policy.
  • External stakeholder and contract management.

The successful candidate will have previous experience leading a similar organisation or a COO/Director within Membership, keen to extend their remit to a broader leadership role.

Previous leadership experience within a Charity or Membership is essential. Experience within the Health sector is desirable but not essential.
