Executive Support Specialist

Job Summary
The Curve Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Support Specialist to join their team. As an Executive Support Specialist, you will provide administrative support to the CEO and CFO, as well as manage and carry out various administrative tasks, scheduling, and project management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate complex projects and tasks, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
- Provide exceptional administrative support to the CEO and CFO, including diary management, email management, and document preparation.
- Screen and manage incoming calls, emails, and other communications, ensuring that the CEO and CFO are informed and up-to-date.
- Schedule meetings, arrange travel, and manage expense reports for executives.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials as required.
- Develop and maintain effective internal communication systems, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
- Prepare agendas, manage attendees, and record minutes of senior management meetings.
- Arrange senior management events and conferences, as required.
- Act as a gatekeeper for the CEO, ensuring that all requests and inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively.
- Conduct research and analysis to support business planning and decision-making.
- Assist in prioritizing CEO tasks and projects, ensuring that deadlines are met and goals are achieved.
- Implement and maintain governance and controls, ensuring that all administrative processes are compliant and efficient.
Requirements
- Proven experience in providing administrative support to senior executives, preferably in a professional services organization.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
