About the Role

Investigo is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Support Specialist to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. As an Executive Support Specialist, you will provide administrative support to our Executives and Directors, ensuring the smooth operation of our office and the delivery of exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level administrative support to Executives and Directors, including travel arrangements, expense management, and meeting coordination.
  • Organize internal and external meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring seamless execution and excellent communication.
  • Manage complex and changing diaries, prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Support the onboarding of new employees, ensuring a smooth transition and excellent induction experience.
  • Manage the effective communication with corporate offices across Europe, promoting the reputation of our London office and ensuring the smooth running of all offices.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in an Executive Assistant, PA, or Secretarial role, ideally in a large, professional organization.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts.
  • Excellent organization skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to multitask, with a high level of adaptability and proactivity in handling new challenges.
  • Team-orientated, with a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
What We Offer

As an Executive Support Specialist with Investigo, you will receive a competitive annual salary of up to £55,000 (depending on experience) + Discretionary Annual Bonus + Benefits.
