About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Technician to join our team at Warner Bros. Discovery. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for delivering a range of maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our studio facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, and execute maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep of our facilities
  • Supervise and train the facilities team to perform tasks to industry standards
  • Monitor health and safety compliance and implement measures to ensure a safe working environment
  • Respond to emergencies and implement temporary fixes to minimize downtime
  • Manage the facilities team's rotas, holidays, and time and attendance
Requirements
  • Practical training or apprenticeship in a trade
  • Multi-trade experience and a CSCS card
  • IPAF and forklift certification
  • Supervisory or management experience in the construction industry or facilities management
  • Strong understanding of COSHH and health and safety regulations
Working Pattern

This role will require you to work a 40-hour week on a rota shift pattern, including evenings and weekends. You will also be required to respond to emergencies outside of normal working hours.
