Interr is working with one of the most prestigious clients around the globe and we are looking for experienced Physical Security Operations Controller to join our team in Leavesden, Watford, WD25, Hertfordshire.

**The Main Responsibilities Include but are not limited to**:

- Managing the live situation within the SOC, escalating, and responding appropriately as each situation requires.

- Responding to emergency situations.
- CCTV systems checks. Raising call out requests when needed
- CCTV Patrols
- Investigation prep and assistance
- Report making
- Global news monitoring
- Travel monitoring
- Incident response
- Radio use
- Access control process
- Equipment use - Radios CCTV Phone Access Control Alarms
- Report outrages and escalation
- Major incident command
- Undertaking other reasonable duties as required

**Requirements**:

- Must hold an active SIA Doors Supervisor Licence /SIA Security Licence. Active CCTV Licence essential
- Must be able to work 5 out of 7 days per week shift pattern, 12 hours per shift, 10:00AM-22:00PM (negotiable) including some weekends
- Previous experience as an Operator within a security environment would be considered as an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability with your time and daily tasks.
- Excellent customer service skills and presentable appearance at all times.
- Experience in Operations CCTV Control Centre would be advantageous.
