Position: Housing Project Coordinator

We are looking for a committed and resourceful Housing Project Coordinator to become a vital part of our team, focusing on a significant housing improvement initiative.


Role Overview:
The primary responsibility of this position is to act as the key liaison between our project teams and the residents, ensuring that all stakeholders are kept informed throughout the various stages of the project.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main communication link between residents and project teams.
  • Address and resolve resident inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support residents who may require additional assistance.
  • Maintain effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Driving License: A valid driving license and access to a vehicle are essential for travel between project sites.
  • CSCS Card: An in-date CSCS card is required.
  • Experience: Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the housing or construction sector.
  • Work Schedule: Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM.

Compensation:
The pay rate is £18 per hour PAYE Direct or £22.53 per hour via Umbrella.
