We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at Markdeldegan. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our projects team, ensuring the smooth execution of projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities- Liaise with field-based teams to provide general project support
- Process and manage project orders, ensuring timely completion and delivery
- Monitor and report on key stage progress, updating the master project plan as needed
- Attend project meetings and provide administrative support
- Manage the movement of project materials, including design and testing
- Monitor completion and updates of project risk assessments
- Manage logistics for importing equipment
- Collate and check off completion of required project documentation
- Manage drawing control and post-project performance and cost analysis
- Schedule and organize project debriefs
- Superuser of project management in-house system
- Additions to technical register
- Manage stock list audit and movements
- Liaise with Service Coordinators regarding project resources
- Arrange travel and accommodation for project team members
- Proven experience in a similar sales/project support role
- Able to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong planning and organization skills
- Literate, numerate, and proficient in Microsoft Office
- Confident communication skills, including face-to-face interactions
- Experience with complex capital projects is advantageous
- Experience working within a Technical/Engineering/Manufacturing company is advantageous
- Experience with project management systems is advantageous
