Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Performing minor repairs and maintenance tasks
- Ensuring the exterior of the facility is maintained in a clean, tidy, and well-repaired condition, including general external maintenance duties.
- Assisting the facilities team with managing contractor processes, ensuring proper sign-in and sign-out procedures, and adherence to site policies and regulations
- Responsible for opening and/or closing the facility as needed
- Representing the organization and maintaining a positive brand image
- Complying with Health & Safety regulations
