Job Summary: As a Senior Principal Consultant at ClickJobs, you will play a pivotal role in managing the complete recruitment lifecycle for a diverse range of roles. This involves sourcing, engaging, and placing top talent while building and nurturing strong relationships with both clients and candidates. This role is designed to evolve into a key leadership position, with the potential to transition into the global Head of Client Services and Delivery role, becoming a crucial member of our senior leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Business Development: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, leveraging existing networks and building new relationships.
  2. Recruitment Process Management: Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a high standard of service delivery to both clients and candidates.
  3. Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain a strong network of candidates, aligning them with job opportunities and providing personalized support.
Requirements:
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  2. Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent negotiation skills, proficiency in recruitment software, and the ability to work independently.
