Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Principal Consultant to join our team at Fynde Global Recruitment. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle for a diverse range of roles. This will involve sourcing, engaging, and placing top talent while building and nurturing strong relationships with both clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development:
    • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
    • Leverage existing business relationships to expand the client base and explore new opportunities.
    • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients and emerging industry trends.
    • Prepare and deliver tailored pitches and proposals to address client-specific needs.
    • Negotiate terms of service and manage client expectations to build long-term, productive relationships.
  • Recruitment Process Management:
    • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition to placement, ensuring a high standard of service delivery to both clients and candidates.
    • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to engage top-tier candidates, utilizing LinkedIn, social media, and professional networks.
    • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring efficient communication and timely feedback throughout the process.
    • Provide feedback and guidance to both candidates and clients, offering career advice and interview preparation support.
    • Negotiate at the offer stage to facilitate mutually acceptable terms and ensure a smooth transition from offer to acceptance.
    • Provide candidate relocation support, assisting with logistics, housing, and other relevant aspects to ensure a successful transition into the new role.
  • Candidate Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain a strong network of candidates through consistent communication and proactive engagement.
    • Align candidates with job opportunities, gaining an understanding of their career goals and matching them with suitable roles.
    • Offer career advice and preparation, helping candidates improve their marketability through resume guidance, interview techniques, and career development advice.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Understand clients' organizational needs, developing a comprehensive understanding of their company cultures, job requirements, and hiring needs.
    • Provide market insights and trends to inform clients' hiring decisions, offering strategic advice based on current market conditions.
    • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, delivering recruitment services that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Administration and Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate interactions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
    • Prepare and present recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness, to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
    • Ensure compliance with all legal requirements, company policies, and industry best practices throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, ideally in a 360-recruitment role.
  • Proven track record in business development and successful recruitment placements.
  • Experience within our specialist job functions or sectors is highly desirable.

Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with a talent for closing deals and achieving targets.
  • Proficiency in recruitment software and tools, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job boards.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices and labour market trends.
