Job Summary: As a Senior Principal Consultant at ClickJobs, you will be pivotal in managing the complete recruitment lifecycle for a diverse range of roles. This role involves sourcing, engaging, and placing top talent while building and nurturing strong relationships with both clients and candidates. Additionally, this role is designed to evolve into a key leadership position, with the potential to transition into the global Head of Client Services and Delivery role, becoming a crucial member of our senior leadership team.

This role requires a strong understanding of the recruitment process, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. You will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, leveraging existing networks and building new relationships. You will also oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a high standard of service delivery to both clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, leveraging existing networks and building new relationships.
  2. Recruitment Process Management: Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a high standard of service delivery to both clients and candidates.
  3. Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain a strong network of candidates, aligning them with job opportunities and providing personalized support.

Qualifications:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  2. Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent negotiation skills, proficiency in recruitment software, and the ability to work independently.
