We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Band 7 Physiotherapist to join our dynamic team in the Critical Care department. As a senior member of the team, you will be responsible for providing specialist assessment, treatment, and advice to patients with complex physical, cognitive, and psychological health conditions.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide specialist leadership and supervision to the Physiotherapy team, ensuring high-quality patient care and effective service delivery.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with diverse presentations and complex health conditions, working closely with the multidisciplinary team.
  • Contribute to the development and evaluation of the Physiotherapy service, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Provide education and training to colleagues, promoting best practice and advancing the profession.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
