Learning Experience Designer

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Experience Designer to join our team at PlatformX Communications (PXC). As a key member of our People Team, you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering colleague-centric experiences that drive performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design journey from initial discovery through to the development of best-in-class learning interventions and experiences.
- Collaborate with stakeholders from across the business to design user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Conduct research initiatives to uncover vital insights that inform and guide your designs.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to clearly communicate design concepts to stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops and work closely with cross-functional teams to generate learning interventions and experiences.
- Support the launch process to ensure signed-off solutions are implemented as intended.
Requirements:
- Experience in UX/UI Design or Project Management with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in design software and Microsoft 365 skills.
- Video editing skills and ability to create engaging content.
