Job Description:

Bupa is seeking a Digital Learning Experience Specialist to support the strategic implementation and management of learning technologies within the organization.

The Role:

The Digital Learning Experience Specialist will collaborate with local and Group teams to create engaging and effective learning experiences using a variety of instructional design methodologies and technologies. They will apply UX design principles to create intuitive and user-friendly learning interfaces, conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve learning experiences, and utilise learning management systems (LMS), learning experience platforms (LXP), and other digital tools to deliver and track learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop digital learning experiences that meet the needs of Bupa's employees and customers.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning gaps and develop solutions to address them.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in learning technologies and recommend opportunities to innovate.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of data integrations to meet business requirements.
  • Use data-driven insights to inform the design and development of future learning initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in designing and developing digital learning experiences.
  • Ability to self-manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent UX design skills and familiarity with design tools.
  • Strong knowledge of UX design principles and methodologies.
