About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development UX Designer to join our People Team at PlatformX. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering colleague-centric experiences that drive performance and set new standards in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and delivery of learning interventions across various platforms, ensuring they drive key business metrics and behaviors.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to conduct research initiatives, uncovering vital insights through qualitative and quantitative data that informs and guides design decisions.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to clearly communicate design concepts to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate workshops and work closely with cross-functional teams to generate learning interventions and experiences, ensuring alignment on design goals.
  • Support the Learning and Development Business Partner and the wider team through the launch process, ensuring signed-off solutions are implemented as intended and embedded in BAU working practices.

Requirements:

  • Experience in UX/UI Design or Project Management with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to evidence the capability of managing and/or leading multiple projects simultaneously while delivering a high standard of work.
  • Experience of using design software.
  • Microsoft 365 skills and report creation.
  • The ability to prioritize a high workload.
  • A great relationship builder.
  • A keen eye for detail and accuracy in work.
  • The ability to take complex information and make it easy to understand.
  • A confident communicator and presenter.
