About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Experience Designer to join our team at PlatformX Communications (PXC). As a key member of our People Team, you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering colleague-centric experiences that drive performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design journey from initial discovery through to the development of best-in-class learning interventions and experiences.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders from across the business to design user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
  • Conduct research initiatives to uncover vital insights that inform and guide your designs.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to clearly communicate design concepts to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate workshops and work closely with cross-functional teams to generate learning interventions and experiences.
  • Support the launch process to ensure signed-off solutions are implemented as intended.

Requirements:

  • Experience in UX/UI Design or Project Management with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in design software and Microsoft 365 skills.
  • Video editing skills and ability to create engaging content.
