About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Ty Aberdafen, a rehabilitation unit that provides expert neurorehabilitation to individuals with brain injuries. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our service users to regain their independence and achieve their personal goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred support to service users, promoting their physical and emotional well-being
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household chores
  • Encourage and support service users to participate in activities and therapies
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualised care plans
  • Monitor and report any changes in service user's condition or behaviour

Requirements
  • No experience necessary, as we provide full induction and specialist training
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team
