We are currently seeking a dedicated Sales Associate fluent in Arabic to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving our business development efforts by establishing partnerships and promoting our resale services to prospective clients.

Position Overview:

As a Sales Associate, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Wholesaling apparel to our existing clientele while actively pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Maintaining strong client relationships to ensure their needs are met and orders are processed efficiently.
  • Collaborating with Business Development teams to source high-quality products and enhance our competitive offerings.
  • Contributing to the achievement of sales targets by managing the entire sales process, which includes:
    • Responding to inquiries generated by marketing initiatives and internal sales support.
    • Overseeing orders from initiation through to completion.
    • Managing invoicing and ensuring timely processing.
    • Updating CRM systems with relevant client and transaction details.
  • Demonstrating proficiency in English for internal communications.
  • Possessing additional language skills, particularly in French, is advantageous.
  • Bringing customer service experience to enhance client interactions.
  • Exhibiting strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Communicating effectively, both in writing and verbally.
  • Displaying excellent numerical aptitude and commercial awareness.
  • Utilizing Excel and PowerPoint proficiently.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to drive results.
  • Conducting data analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
