About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team at Banana Tree. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality food to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate the kitchen team to achieve exceptional food quality and presentation
  • Develop and implement menu concepts and recipes that align with our brand's culinary vision
  • Manage kitchen labour costs and food costs to achieve targets
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene

Requirements
  • At least 2 years' experience as a Head Chef in a similar environment
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality food and leading a kitchen team
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
