Duty Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Duty Manager to join our team at Starbucks, Liverpool Airport AS. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and a seamless experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of colleagues to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the unit, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, sales growth, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and effective team effort.
- Provide coaching and training to colleagues to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- At least 1 year of experience working as a supervisor in a hospitality or retail role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
