About the Role
As a Duty Manager, you'll be responsible for the smooth running of our club, ensuring our members receive exceptional service and have a positive experience. You'll lead our colleagues, maintain quality standards, and oversee health and safety. Your excellent communication skills and collaborative spirit will enable you to build strong relationships with our members and colleagues.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead the team to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive member experience
- Conduct tours for prospective new members, showcasing the benefits of our club
- Oversee health and safety, resolving any issues promptly and efficiently
- Help achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of our club
