We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at JD Gyms. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the gym, ensuring that our members receive an exceptional experience.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the gym team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business objectives.
- Assume the responsibilities of the General Manager in their absence, ensuring seamless continuity of operations.
- Drive commercial performance by developing and implementing sales strategies, managing budgets, and analyzing sales data.
- Deliver operational excellence by maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and maintenance.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Proven experience in a management position within a leisure-related industry, ideally with a Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification.
- Passionate about customer service and able to inspire and motivate a team to deliver exceptional results.
- Strong commercial acumen, with experience in driving sales and coordinating local marketing activity.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
