Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at SSP Group. As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Lead a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and a safe working environment.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive a high level of service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
- Operational Efficiency: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the unit, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and customers, ensuring that all needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve problems promptly, using initiative and judgment to find solutions.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience working as a supervisor in a hospitality or retail role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Qualifications: Relevant qualifications or certifications in hospitality or retail management.
