Role Overview:
As the Finance Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring the financial health of our esteemed venue. Collaborating closely with the Director of Finance, your responsibilities will include managing daily financial operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and implementing robust financial controls.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and bi-weekly forecasts.
- Oversee the purchase ledger and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Manage a team of three direct reports, fostering their professional development.
- Utilize financial management software and Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, to analyze financial data.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to enhance financial understanding.

Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in a financial role, preferably within the hospitality or events sector.
- Strong understanding of payroll and productivity metrics related to the events industry.
- Excellent analytical skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- AAT Level 4 qualification or equivalent is preferred.
