Position Summary:

· A seasoned procurement expert providing specialized knowledge and guidance to team members, upper management, and vendors. Extensive experience in procurement is essential to navigate complex and high-stakes challenges across various procurement and contract management domains.

Core Responsibilities:

· Lead and oversee intricate and high-risk procurement initiatives and categories to fulfill service needs while ensuring optimal value for the organization.

· Offer technical assurance and develop procurement documentation in line with established standards, policies, and procedures. Emphasis on adherence to best practices, applicable legislation, and organizational policy frameworks.

· Utilize expertise to determine suitable procurement strategies from conception to execution that align with the organization's service delivery objectives.

Required Experience:

· Comprehensive knowledge and professional background in relevant public sector procurement.

· Proven ability to cultivate relationships and exert influence at senior management levels.

· Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.

Qualifications Needed:

· CIPS certification (or in progress).

Additional Information:

· Full-time position, 37 hours per week.

· Standard working hours from 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM.

· Remote work option available.
