Strategic Procurement Role
=======================

We are seeking a skilled Strategic Procurement Specialist to join our team at BDR Thermea Group. As a Category Management Expert, you will play a key role in driving strategic procurement initiatives, evaluating suppliers, and managing relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities
---------------

* Contribute to commodity sourcing strategies and ensure alignment with procurement policy and procedures.
* Establish local service level agreements with end users, in conjunction with the procurement manager.
* Ensure adherence to, and staff understanding of, purchasing policies and procedures to ensure standards are upheld.
* Suggest and work with the procurement leadership team to establish process improvements, contributing to implementation and adherence on-site.
* Monitor supplier performance and inform relevant stakeholders about this performance under the guidance of procurement leadership.
* Negotiate local or regional contracts in conjunction with relevant procurement managers.
* Advise end users of suitable items of acceptable quality at the most cost-effective prices.
