About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Retail Assistant to join our Outdoor Plants department on a Part-Time, Permanent basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining product condition and presentation, and achieving department goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Point of Sale transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Pricing and stocking products to meet customer demand
  • Sales ordering and till operation to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Replenishing stock and maintaining inventory control procedures
  • Display and merchandising products to drive sales and achieve department goals
  • General housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Lifting and moving heavy loads, including compost
About You

We are looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual with excellent customer service skills and a desire to learn. Previous horticultural knowledge is desirable, but not essential. You will be passionate about plants and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
