Corporate & Commercial Solicitor (3-5 years PQE) - Bournemouth

Our highly-regarded client, Browns Recruitment Consultancy Ltd, is seeking an experienced Corporate Solicitor with 3 – 5 years PQE, ideally with some commercial law experience to handle a full spectrum of non-contentious corporate law matters, including:

Mergers and Acquisitions

• Handling complex M&A transactions, including due diligence, negotiation, and documentation.

Joint Ventures

• Advising on joint venture agreements, including structuring, negotiation, and implementation.

Shareholders Agreements

• Drafting and reviewing shareholders agreements, including dispute resolution and governance.

Articles of Association

• Advising on articles of association, including amendments and updates.

Corporate Transactions

• Handling corporate transactions, including share sales, purchases, and mergers.

Partnership Agreements

• Drafting and reviewing partnership agreements, including dispute resolution and governance.

Business Reorganisation

• Advising on business reorganisation, including restructuring and refinancing.
