About the Role
We're seeking an enthusiastic and fluent Italian-speaking Customer Service Associate to join our expanding team in our Merton office. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and promoting our brand values.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient order processing.
- Monitor and respond to customer feedback, using it to improve our services and products.
- Work closely with our warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and brand information to provide informed responses to customer inquiries.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian is essential for this role.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in e-commerce.
- High-level multitasking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
