Your Role: Business Development Representative

As a Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying potential CEO members for our exclusive Vistage groups. You will collaborate closely with assigned Chairs to build strong candidate pipelines and drive new group launches.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Chairs to source and pre-qualify promising CEO candidates who align with Vistage's membership criteria.
  • Leverage LinkedIn and other professional platforms to connect with C-level executives and initiate engaging conversations.
  • Schedule meetings for Chairs by effectively generating leads through targeted outreach activities.
  • Conduct phone consultations with potential members to assess their interest in Vistage's offerings and understand their business needs.
  • Contribute to the success of new group launches by actively strengthening candidate pipelines and fostering a robust network of potential members.
  • Maintain consistent performance by adhering to established service level agreements (SLAs) and tracking key metrics to measure effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 2+ years of proven experience in lead sourcing, appointment setting, or a related field within the business development domain.
  • Proficiency in utilizing CRM platforms and Microsoft Outlook to manage contacts, track interactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with C-level executives.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, demonstrating the capacity to multitask effectively and prioritize competing demands.
