Competitive salary with standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
- Communicating with vendors through various channels.
- Assisting in the creation of estimates utilizing Microsoft 365.
- Drafting order confirmation correspondence.
- Supporting human resources functions; aiding in recruitment, maintaining employee records, and tracking training documentation.
- Sourcing training course quotes and coordinating bookings.
- Aiding in administrative tasks related to quality standards and ensuring the maintenance log is current.
- Offering additional support to the Contracts and Finance Managers.
- Providing administrative assistance to senior management.
- Organizing travel and lodging arrangements for personnel as necessary.
- Overseeing the organization, storage, and confidentiality of documents.
What you will need to excel
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly with Excel.
- Capability to take initiative and suggest solutions to identified challenges.
- Ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
